NTS Radio w/ Alabaster Deplume

This week I was joined in the NTS studio by the wonderful saxophonist and thinker Alabaster Deplume. In between spinning records and chatting, Alabaster gave us two spellbinding live performances, accompanying himself with a tape player. We were even treated to his muted, meandering solos over Michael Hurley, Bruce Langhorne and Devonanon (covertly recorded!). STAY STRONG.

Alabaster’s freewheeling, collaborative night Peach is at the Total Refreshment Centre on February 22.
